Shaffer
Ed devotes full
time developing Indiana, California, and
Texas clients for investment and
commercial real estate projects. His
professional career began with the IBM
Company, where his function was to
develop the IBM PC. Later he worked for
Dell Computer to manage their Fortune
500 clients. Ed began buying investment
properties in the early 1970's. He
became a real estate broker in 1982, and
now holds real estate licenses in
Indiana, California and Texas. Forming
general partnerships and LLC's, Ed
organized groups of buyers to pool their
funds to own and manage apartments. Ed
has built warehouses and homes,
developed raw land, and contributed
equity funds in investment properties.
